Track your Loravi order using the information provided in your shipping confirmation email.

How to track your order

1. Open the shipping confirmation email sent by Loravi.
2. Locate your tracking number or tracking link.
3. Select the tracking link to view the latest delivery updates.

Tracking information may take up to 48 hours to become active after your order has been dispatched.

Estimated delivery time

Our standard estimated delivery time is 7–10 calendar days from dispatch.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may occasionally be affected by carrier operations, public holidays, customs processing, weather conditions or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Tracking has not updated

It is normal for tracking information to remain unchanged for short periods while a parcel is moving between facilities.

If your tracking has not updated for several days, please contact our Customer Support team so that we can assist you.

I have not received a tracking email

• Promotions folder
• Email address entered during checkout

If you still cannot find your shipping confirmation, email us with your full name and order number.
